mondays after vacays are scary.

holy monday madness, ya'll.

i'm back from my amazing vacation to st. george island... and i feel like i have walked right into a tornado. a work tornado that is. but i guess that was to be expected. leaving reality for an entire week is a little crazy... and it makes it hard to get back into the groove. trust me- your girl is struggling today.
because of this, you're just going to get a sunday recap today. the sunday after the beach recap that is.
hopefully tomorrow i will be able to fill you in on my beach trip. hopefully.

M and i weren't exactly ready to be back home from vacation yet (okay so maybe it was just me that wasn't ready), so we made a pit stop late saturday night at my parents house.
after sleeping in we spent sunday relaxing with my family and playing with my nieces. it was a nice transition for us. plus- it gave me an excuse to put off unpacking and laundry an extra day.
we spent all day yesterday picking bluberries, fishing my parent's pond, and having a cookout.

we eventually made it back home... but this little break was perfect.
and spending time with my nieces beats unpacking any day.
